Return of your Merchandise
You have 14 business days from the date you received your merchandise.
In order to return your merchandise, it must be unused & returned in the original condition that it was sold/shipped to you.
The merchandise must also be returned in the original packaging.

Inspection of your Merchandise
Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Lylylupz LLC reserves the right to inspect the merchandise for damage/use and that it has the original packaging.
Once the inspection has been completed, Lylylupz LLC will notify you that the returned merchandise has been received.
If the returned merchandise is received in the original packaging AND without any damage/use, then we will issue a refund of the merchandise minus the shipping costs (refund will be on your credit card or original method of payment).
**The buyer will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping of the merchandise back to Lylylupz LLC**
You will be refunded your credit within days depending on the policies of your card issuer.
